HOGFISH - "HOG SNAPPER"

Not a snapper but in the wrasse family along with parrot fish
They get their name because of the shape of their face and mouth
One of the mildest, whitest meats prized by locals and visitors alike.

WHITE GRUNTS

Party boats refer to these fish as "grey snapper".
Easily available just off the beach on hard limestone bottom
Congregate in large schools for hours of non-stop catching
